Return Policy: No returns on needles, Book, Patterns & Magazines, including kits with patterns included. Yarns that are purchased with an accompanying "free pattern" are considered kits. No returns on open consumables such as soaps, lotions, etc. Exchange for any unused products, such as yarn, roving, beads etc in their natural state and are subject to a weight check. No returns or exchanges on clearance or discontinued products. All returns and exchanges are subject to the price and conditions at the time original purchase was made. YOTEOM is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. All acceptable returns are refunded on gift cards/store credit only, no exceptions. Natural state: being free of odors, pet hair and other debris; yarn sold in hanks must still be in hank form etc. Online order cancellations are subject to the same policy. Shipping: Orders shall be shipped from the shop within 3-5 business days, with emailed tracking information. Most are shipped same day or the next. We use USPS for most packages. Warning: If you select a different shipping address than your billing address, paypal will only allow shipping to the address they have on file for security purposes. If shipping to a different address, such as a gift is desired, a 3 point verification should be used. WRONGFUL IN-STORE PICK-UP SELECTION: If in-store pick-up is chosen either by accident or because your destination is not available, we will invoice you for the shipping charges. Failure to pay invoice for shipping charges within 24 hours, will result in cancellation of order and incur a 15% RESTOCK FEE. NEW Drop Shipping: Due to Covid Closures across the US, many of our wonderful vendors are now offering drop shipping. What this means is that for those products we don't have on the shelf to ship from the shop immediately, but we always keep available to order, will now ship directly from the warehouse without having to come to us first. So you'll generally get your products faster and have more options open to you. Sometimes this means they will take longer to get the tracking information into our system though, sometimes you'll get your order before we have even been invoiced and given the tracking information. We do strive to keep you informed about your order as much as we can. Though with the rules in different states and facilities can make this seem very slow and we'd like to apologize ahead of time for that. Back/Special Orders: Any item that is out of stock or not enough stock available, the item(s) shall be ordered from the appropriate warehouse within 5 business days (generally once a week, though often more than that). In this case, all effort will be made to match or order whole dyelots on yarns. If an item will be delayed or is on back order at the warehouse level, the customer will be notified immediately. Orders will be filled the day it arrives from the warehouse and notification sent to the customer according to the shipping policies. * rewards cannot be used on classes, group fees, event/raffle tickets, event registrations, fundraising items (knit for a cause), pattern downloads, spinning wheels, looms, consignment items, already marked down & clearance items (unless otherwise noted).
