Pinnacle Hat Designed by Amy Gunderson. This beautiful hat features mesmerizing colorwork using an interesting color combination. Each repeat points upward, eventually coming together at the crown and creating a star motif. The color repeats are easy to memorize and addictive to knit – it may be worked at a fine gauge, but we’re sure you’ll knit it up in no time at all!

Winter Aspen 
Designed by J Kolette Beckert. Winter Aspen is a beautiful cowl inspired by the view from my bedroom window on a winter morning. It uses slipped stitch cables to create the image of aspen trees above a moss stitch ground. The trees are delicate, and the background is glittering. You’ll love this cozy piece around your shoulders no matter the occasion.

GAUGE: 29 sts x 48 rnds = 4” in Moss st after blocking; Save time, check your gauge.

PATTERN NOTES: This cowl is meant to fit with 2-4” of positive ease at the hem when wrapped around the arms and chest 6” below the shoulder. If in doubt, go up a size.

This cowl is worked one piece in the round beginning with a provisional cast on which is folded to create a tidy hem. Work all slipped stitches purlwise with yarn held in back unless otherwise noted.


Verbena Designed by Universal Yarn Design Team. Knit in Angora Lace, Verbena is lightweight and luxurious. Graceful lace and an asymmetrical shape come together in the Verbena shawl to create an accessory you’ll love to wear.

PATTERN NOTES: Verbena is worked flat from the bottom up, beginning at the widest edge. First, a lace section is worked even, then stitches are gradually decreased to the point.

PATTERN NOTES: This hat is worked in the round from the bottom up. It features a folded brim and is topped with a pom-pom. You may wish to place markers between each pattern repeat to help stay on track.
