A modern update for a classic shape takes this sweater from the perfect companion with jeans to something a little special. Hackney Hops takes its name from the designer’s favourite craft beer as we celebrate all the things we love about the weekend with this comforting collection of knitwear.
Yarn is held double to add weight and structure to the ribbing before continuing on the main body and sleeves while just holding one end of the yarn. With an emphasis on strong hem lines and worked in pieces before setting in the sleeves and seaming, this is a classic sweater that really goes the extra mile to ensure great fit and a flattering shape. Simple enough for beginners who wish to learn garment construction or a soothing knit for the more experienced knitter who wants a little comfort.

Herbin
by Belinda Boaden
A go-to sweater with a simple shaped hem that adds a little touch of elegance to this otherwise understated knit. This sweater is made for cosying up with a journal or sketchbook and whiling away the hours. We’ve named the sweater ‘Herbin’ after our designer’s favourite brand of ink because we love handwritten letters as much as we do handknit sweaters. It’s time to indulge in our favourite hobbies whether it’s knitting or writing. Celebrate the weekend with Vivacious Knitwear!
Yarn is held double to add weight and structure to the ribbing before continuing on the main body and sleeves while holding just one end of the yarn. With an emphasis on strong hem lines and worked in pieces with simple raglan increases, this is a classic sweater that really goes the extra mile to ensure great fit and a flattering shape. High Fidelity
by Rachel Coopey
Who doesn’t love handknit socks? Having that go-to pattern is a must for keeping toes warm and socks on the needles. These socks are simple enough for new sock knitters with a classic heel flap construction to get you started with your new favourite item to knit. Soothe away stresses from the working week with the rhythm that ribbed stitches provide and knit your new favourite socks.
We named these socks when thinking about trying to keep our feet warm while rummaging for vintage 45s at the local market. Finding that much coveted title is just the magic we love about the weekend and we like to think turning the heel on a sock holds a little sparkle too.

London Fields
by Belinda Boaden
We love London Fields, an area located in East London that features a pretty park, countless pubs, a much loved wool shop and its very own microbrewery. This collection celebrates all the good things we love about the weekend- exploring our favourite local destinations and knitting.
London Fields is a stylish jacket with attention to detail: a turned hem, generous ribbing at the yoke and simple enough for bold buttons. Designed to be worn with a little positive ease and set in raglan sleeves, this is a cardigan with some simple steps for effective results.
Sample shown is size 12-14 worn with 3.5cm 1¼in positive ease.

Rhubarb Crisp
by Rachel Coopey
A certain designer is a little obsessed with all things rhubarb and so we’ve named this delicious beret after one of our favourite Sunday bakes! This is the perfect recipe for an all-weather beret: playful stripes, a little bit of slouch and lightweight yarn make this truly versatile.
Whether you’re using up beloved scraps of stash or breaking into a new skein of your favourite handdye, let the colours do the talking in this easy to knit beret. There’s no need to break yarn at the end of each stripe- simply carry it loosely up the inside, twisting around each other as you change colours.

Rosy Lemonade
by Rachel Coopey
Cold hands need a straightforward solution – quick to knit mittens that keep fingers toasty and the chill away. Work a simple ribbing in the round before cruising up the hand in gentle stockinette and let the handdyed colour of the yarn do all the talking.
These mittens are easy to customise and simple enough for a beginner knitter wanting to learn to knit in the round. These are also the perfect solution for that sudden cold spell that caught you off guard as they work up satisfyingly quick.
As for the name? Rachel spent the summer in which she designed these for us addicted to Monin Rose Syrup- the perfect addition to drinks and cocktails. Sometimes it’s just worth repeating some of your favourite things. Don’t you think?
