Stitches for the side extensions and sleeves are picked up along the edges of the front and back and worked back and forth to the side seams, where stitches are bound off for the sides. The remaining stitches are worked back and forth for the sleeves. After the sleeve and side seams are sewn, stitches are picked up along the lower edge for the skirt.
