NOTES
This top is worked back and forth in pieces from the bottom up and seamed.
Stitch counts assume each lace repeat is 16 stitches wide.
When working the neck shaping, if there are not enough stitches for half of a lace repeat, work those stitches in stockinette stitch instead.
A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of stitches.
Needles Size 3 (3.25 mm): 32” circular (cir) and two double-pointed (dpn). Size 2 (2.75 mm): 16” cir. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle.
Gauge 27 sts and 36 rows = 4” in St st on larger needle.
