Aspen Scarf
By Adrienne Larsen. Like the beautiful quaking aspen trees, each cable in this scarf grows out of another – creating the perfect motif to decorate a cozy scarf. The Aspen Scarf is great whether you’re hiking along the namesake trees or browsing the stands at your favorite winter market. Either way, you’ll feel warm and look suave.

Exquisitely detailed lace reminds us of twinkling light patterns and the unique beauty in snowflakes This blanket will be one you cherish for every winter to come. This pattern utilizes Elizabeth Zimmermann’s Pi Construction, in which rings of lace are worked between shaping rounds. This piece is worked in the round from the center-out. Blocking this blanket takes time and care – we highly recommend utilizing blocking wires. Ample stretch is required to fully relax the fabric. In this instance, we recommend steam-blocking to “kill” the acrylic.
