Dream in Color - Patterns

Rocketry Baby Cardigan by Lindsay Pekny. This sweater is worked in one piece from the neck down, with no seaming.

Sizes: 6-9 months
Needles: US 5 & US 7 32” Circular and Double Pointed Needles

Yarn: One skein Classy of 6 different colors each
Notions: Scrap yarn, 5 buttons

The Socialist - "One Sweater For All" by Lindsay Pekny. This pattern is sized from 2 years to men’s 2XL.


 

Tulips for Women by Lindsay Pekny. An adult sized version of the popular baby cardigan, this piece uses 5 different shades of the Classy worsted weight merino from Dream in Color.

 

MATERIALS
• 2 skeins Dream in Color Classy – 100% Superwash Merino, ~250 yards per 4 oz skein – shown in Torchwood (C2)
• 1 skein each color Dream in Color Classy – 100% Superwash Merino, ~250 yards per 4 oz skein – shown in Tokyo Creme (C1), Chinatown Apple (C3), Gold Experience (C4), and Strange Harvest (C5)
• US size 7 (4.5mm) 32” circular needle
• US size 7 (4.5mm) DPNs
• US size 5 (3.75mm) 32” circular needle
• US size 5 (3.75mm) DPNs
• scrap yarn
• 4 stitch markers
• Tapestry needle, for weaving in ends


 

Sophisticate by Lindsay Pekny. Tulips’ Sister Sweater.Just like the Tulip sweater, it is knit from the top down with no seaming at the end. The stripes in Sophisticate are more narrow than those in the Tulip, and the pattern calls for six colors of Classy.

Finished Dimensions: Chest: 34 (38, 42, 46, 50)“; Length: 22 (22, 23, 24, 24)”

Yardage: 250 yards each color for sizes XS, S, M; 500 yards border color and 250 yards each of remaining colors for sizes L and XL

Suggested Needle Size: US7 (4.5mm) 16” and 24” circular and double point needles, or size needed to obtain gauge.
Additional Materials: stitch markers, tapestry needle, scrap yarn
