Sockghan or Easy Afghan Project Class

Back by popular demand. Do you have lots of leftover sock yarn? Or do you want to make a light-weight afghan but don’t want to loose interest on such a large project? Judie’s Sockghan is a great project. It uses up leftovers, or you can use new; Each mitered square is different when you use different or striping yarns; and,  The whole thing is garter stitch, so no purling! Or you can choose your own easy afghan pattern, appropriate for your skill level.

This is a memorial class, Tish will be working on finishing the Sockghan for Tom. We will be trading/selling balls from Judie’s “Bag o’ Balls” for Sockghan. There will be a limit to how many each may buy, and only students working on the Sockghan may purchase and trade from the bucket.

  • While we don’t currently require that your materials be purchased with us, starting with good materials does make the learning process easier and less frustrating for everyone.
